Custom drapery workroom near Denver and Westminster
A trade only window treatment workroom fabricating custom drapery, roman shades, cornices, upholstery, and soft goods for Colorado design firms.
What our workroom does
Looking for a drapery workroom near Denver? Roseworks Fabrication is a custom window treatment workroom in Westminster, Colorado, ten minutes north of downtown. We are the fabrication studio behind the design, the shop that cuts, sews, presses, and finishes custom drapery, roman shades, valances, cornices, upholstery, pillows, and cushions from designer specifications. We work only with the trade.
Designers send a sidemark, a fabric, and a window schedule. We return finished goods, pressed and labeled by room, ready for installation. Every order is engineered before it is cut: yardage, repeat placement, seam layout, railroading, returns, and hardware compatibility are confirmed in writing so the install goes on the wall the way it was drawn. That single step is what keeps remakes rare and schedules intact.
If you are comparing Denver workrooms for drapery fabrication, roman shades, or soft goods, request a design consult below. We will review your window schedule, confirm fullness and hardware, and return an itemized estimate with yardage and lead time.

Workroom questions designers ask
What is a window treatment workroom?
A window treatment workroom is the fabrication studio that builds custom drapery, roman shades, cornices, and soft goods from a designer specification. The designer selects the fabric and the hardware, and the workroom engineers the yardage, cuts, sews, presses, and finishes the goods so they hang correctly. Roseworks Fabrication is a trade only workroom serving Denver and Westminster, Colorado.
Do you work directly with homeowners?
No. Roseworks Fabrication works only with interior designers, architects, AV integrators, and builders. Homeowners are welcome at our sister showroom, Blinds Couture, at 590 Quivas Street in Denver, where a designer walks through fabric, hardware, and measurement.
What are your lead times for custom window treatments in Denver?
Typical lead times run two to four weeks from receipt of approved fabric and a confirmed order, depending on scope and season. Roman shades and drapery with motorization require additional time for hardware. Rush scheduling is available on request when the calendar allows.
Do I send my own fabric or can you order it?
Both. Most designers send customer own material to the studio, and we log it against the sidemark on arrival. We can also place the fabric order for you through our vendor accounts and inspect the goods before fabrication begins.
How do you measure and confirm dimensions?
The designer or installer provides finished measurements and mount conditions. We confirm them against the order, flag anything that reads inconsistent, and document return, overlap, and clearance allowances before cutting.
Which areas does your workroom serve?
We fabricate for design firms across metro Denver including Westminster, Cherry Creek, Boulder, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Golden, and Castle Rock, and we ship to mountain projects in Vail, Aspen, Telluride, and Steamboat Springs.
