    Two Ways to Work With Us

    Designer Discounts

    • Labor + Product: 20 percent off our retail on soft goods, shades, and hardware.
    • Fabric: Wholesale cost plus a 20 to 30 percent markup if ordering from our extensive collection.
    • You confirm project details, sign the quote, and submit a 75 percent deposit. Final payment is due upon installation.

    Designer Commission

    • Hands-off approach. Let us manage the billing with your client while you earn 10 percent commission on the net sale.
    • Net sale is project cost minus labor, materials, shipping, and taxes.
    • Once the project is paid in full, we issue your commission check. At tax year end, you receive an IRS Form 1099.

      Getting Your Estimate

      Expert-led (we meet with you, optionally with your client, to measure and review samples) or Designer-managed (you send us photos, measurements, and product selections by email).

      Placing Your Order

      Ballpark quote with midrange finishes or detailed quote based on exact specs. Quick virtual review. 75 percent deposit initiates production.

      Installation

      Coordinated through you or directly with your client. On-site team manages every detail.

    Fabric Selection and Best Practices

    Floor-to-ceiling drapery

    Avoid pure linen, wool, and cotton on long drops. These natural fibers stretch and shift with humidity, leading to uneven hems over time. We recommend blends with a synthetic stabilizer for clean, lasting lines.

    Sheers and blackout

    Avoid pairing blackout linings with sheer face fabrics. The lining will read through in daylight and compromise the airy effect of the sheer. Layer two separate panels on a double track instead.

    Fabric content blending

    Look for blended content in the 60 to 80 percent natural, 20 to 40 percent synthetic range. You keep the hand and depth of the natural fiber while gaining dimensional stability and improved drape memory.

    Layering for light control

    True light control almost always requires two layers. Pair a sheer or light filtering inner shade with a fully lined drapery for daytime privacy, glare reduction, and complete blackout when needed.

    Terms and Conditions

    • Project minimum: $5,000
    • Payment schedule: 75 percent deposit when order is placed, 25 percent at installation
