Yes. We offer complimentary consultations for trade professionals and homeowners throughout the Denver metro area. Consultations can take place at our Westminster workroom, at the project site, or remotely via phone or video call.

Do I need an appointment to visit your workroom?

Yes. Our studio operates by appointment only. Contact us to schedule a visit at 12170 Tejon St #300, Westminster, CO 80234. During your visit you can view fabric samples, review hardware collections, and discuss your project in person.

Yes. We provide transparent, competitive pricing for trade professionals. Pricing is based on the specific construction, fabric, lining, and size of each order. We provide detailed written quotes after reviewing your specifications. There are no hidden markups.

Can I provide my own fabric (COM)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The majority of our trade orders use COM (Customer's Own Material). Ship your fabric directly to our Westminster workroom at 12170 Tejon St #300, Westminster, CO 80234. We inspect every bolt upon arrival, confirm yardage, and contact you before fabrication begins.

Do you work with architects and builders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work directly with architects, builders, general contractors, and home automation integrators on new construction and renovation projects. You do not need to go through a designer or retailer to work with us.

Can you work with my AV integrator on motorized treatments?

Yes. We fabricate window treatments engineered for motorized operation and coordinate directly with AV integrators on motor compatibility, mounting specifications, and power source requirements. We work with Lutron, Somfy, and other major automation platforms.

What is the difference between Roseworks Fabrication and Blinds Couture?

Roseworks Fabrication is a custom fabrication workroom that builds window treatments to specification. We primarily serve interior designers, architects, and trade professionals. Blinds Couture is our sister company that provides a full-service retail and design experience for homeowners, including in-home consultations, product selection, and installation management. What types of window treatments do you fabricate?

We fabricate custom drapery (all pleat styles including pinch, French, goblet, cartridge, inverted, and ripple fold), roman shades (flat, slatted, soft fold, and relaxed), valances, cornices, top treatments, decorative pillows, bedding, cushions, and upholstery. We also source and install drapery hardware from over 16 exclusive collections.

Do you offer motorized or smart home-compatible window treatments?

Yes. We fabricate treatments designed to integrate with motorized hardware and smart home technology systems including Lutron, Somfy, and others. We source motorized tracks and components from our hardware partners and build treatments specifically engineered for motorized operation. Specify motorization at the time of order.

Do you sell blinds and shutters?

Blinds and shutters are manufacturer-ordered products rather than workroom-fabricated items. We can source and coordinate these through our partner relationships. Do you offer custom upholstery?

Yes. Our upholstery services include reupholstering existing furniture and fabricating new custom upholstered pieces. We work with dining chairs, headboards, sofas, ottomans, banquettes, and more.

Can you fabricate custom pillows and bedding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We handcraft decorative pillows, euro shams, duvet covers, bed skirts, and other bedding items to your exact specifications. Pillows and bedding are an excellent add-on to any window treatment project for a fully coordinated interior.

How long does a custom order take?

Most custom window treatments take 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation to completion. Timeline depends on construction complexity, fabric availability, current queue depth, and whether the order includes motorized components. We communicate timelines clearly at order placement and provide proactive updates throughout production.

Do you offer rush production?

Rush production is available for select projects where the timeline is critical. Availability depends on current workroom capacity and order complexity. Contact us as early as possible if you know your project has a tight deadline.

If your COM has not arrived when your production slot opens, the order holds until the fabric is received and inspected. To avoid delays, we recommend shipping COM as soon as your order is confirmed. We inspect every bolt upon arrival and contact you immediately if there are any issues.

Yes. A deposit is required at order confirmation to reserve your production slot. The balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery. Specific deposit amounts and payment terms are included with your quote.

Do you offer installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can coordinate professional installation through our trusted installation partners, or we can deliver finished treatments directly to your own installation team. Installation includes bracket placement, panel or shade hanging, on-site steaming, and dressing panels into their correct fold pattern.

Do you deliver outside of the Denver metro area?

Yes. We deliver throughout the Colorado Front Range and mountain communities. For out-of-state orders, finished treatments are professionally packaged and shipped to your specified delivery address or project site.

How are finished treatments packaged for delivery?

Every finished piece is pressed, inspected, and carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. Drapery panels are folded and wrapped to preserve pleats. Roman shades are boxed flat. Hardware is packaged separately with installation instructions.
